    As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in handling a diverse range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for achieving favorable results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
    • Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
    • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements
    • Stay current on legal developments and industry trends
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the Bar
    • 3-6 years of experience practicing as a litigation attorney
    • Strong litigation and trial skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Client-focused with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
