We are in immediate need for a

Maintenance Field Planner

to work in the Mont Belvieu, TX area.

Work Schedule: 4/40 - M-F (10 hour shifts)
BES Benefits including 401K, PTO, holidays, medical, vision and dental
Responsibilities

• Review of P&ID drawings and asset data from capital projects and entering data into maintenance CMMS software.
• Assisting in the development of detail job plans by performing field walk downs based on scope of work to identify craft resources, equipment and material required to execute the work.
• Break scope items down into steps which can be progressed during execution.
• Assist in the procurement of required material/outside services.
• Enter all steps into a database.
• Notify the EPC planner when scope is complete and ready to be scheduled.
• Assist in monitoring progress of field activities.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in maintenance planning department.
• Requires 13yrs experience in maintenance/operations, strong computer skills and experience with CMMS software.
