    Back Office Support Customer Service Representative

    Description

    Join our team as a Back Office Services Specialist where your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operations of our organization by managing various administrative tasks. You will handle back-office functions to maintain efficient workflows, contributing to our company's success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently enter data.
    • Handle inbound calls and assist callers with queries.
    • Ship products to customers.
    • Manage toll inquiries and account activations effectively.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
    • Strong customer service and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations.
    • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and adapt to changes.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with 2 years of clerical experience.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • At least 2 years in a call-center environment preferred.
    • Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.

    Job Details:

    • Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour
    • Expected hours: 40 per week
    • Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8-hour shift between 6:30am & 8:00pm)
