Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Call provided and paid for leads to close sales.
• Multi-tasking and help multiple clients concurrently.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service- Know how to pivot to additional product lines with every conversation.
• Fast and confident sales offerings.
• Punctual and Consistent in attendance, professional attire and attitude.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license - must have currently
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to multi-task while being compassionate to clients' needs
• Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred
