Supply Chain Manager, S&OP planning team - Nashville

Amazon Logistics aims to leverage optimization techniques and data analysis to innovate a last mile delivery network.Last Mile seeks a Supply Chain Manager, Capacity Planning to lead in the space of capacity planning across traditional and crowd sourced delivery service and sort models.
Responsibilities:
- Leading endtoend network initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Developing the network strategy for new initiatives
- Analyzing data on upstream connections using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Defining metrics to measure and monitor supply chain performance, inbound flows and transportation metrics
- Interacting with and influencing field operations leaders.
- Working with Research Scientists and Data Engineers to develop planning models to optimize for cost while meeting capacity needs.
- Working with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
