    This exceptional individual will conduct pioneering basic and/or translational research in PVB, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in the field.

    A successful candidate will possess a strong background in basic or translational research, demonstrated by postdoctoral training in relevant fields such as pulmonary biology, vascular biology, cell biology, or molecular biology.

    They will also have a proven track record of securing funding and publishing high-quality research in reputable scientific journals.

    In addition to directing an independent research program, this individual will be expected to mentor physician-scientists and biomedical scientists in training, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the institution.
