Pay:
$23.70 per hour
Shift & Working Hours:
Day Shift; Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM; Weekends/Overtime as needed.
In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products.
You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.
You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.
This role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
Successful forklift certification required
Required Experience And Skills
Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of work experience in a warehouse environment
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Preferred Experience
2+ years of warehousing work experience
Forklift experience
Possesses valid CDL-A licensure including:
HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)
1+ years of commercial driving experience
Ability to follow all driving and safety policies
Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
If candidate has this preferred experience, $1.50 per hour would be added to wage rate above.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
