• Analyze Design, Build, Unit test, Deploy and Configure applications in various Stratus environments as required.
• Provide application support activities forProd environments to ensure that all the environments are functioning with optimum performance.
• Independently develop solutions in C and VOS depending on the Backlog in Book of Work.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues from L2 in Prod Environments and also from Testers in Dev Environment.
• Communicate and coordinate with external third party systems and vendors to ensure timely resolutions of issues.
• Requirement gathering, analysis design, implementation and documentation in Agile Methodology.
• Identify areas for automation and write code/scripts to implement the same.
• Provide support during On-Call Shift and also during Production Deployments. Perform health checks of the applications, and communicate the status at scheduled times, to all the stakeholders.
• Take up role as per roster as Release Lead or QA Lead.
• Update the runbook and any other support documents and Specification documents as and when needed.
• Research and understand application in-depth to identify areas of improvements.
• Attend All Scrum meetings and project meetings with Team.
• Arrange knowledge transfer sessions within the team for key deliverables.
