Job summary
We are looking to hire a smart and motivated accounting coordinator to manage our project accounting and general office administrative tasks.Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payables
- Credit card reconciliation
- Processing sub-contracts and sub addendums
- Processing client billings
- Process bank draw requests
- Managing project budget to remain current and reflect project cost changes
- Maintaining well-organized office files
Skills
- Familiarity with Sage100 or Quickbooks/li>Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel/li>Demonstrates work ethic with a high level of initiative motivation enthusiasm/h4Valid Job:1
