Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Senior Brand Manager with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital advertising channels to join our team.
In this role, you will partner with the Brand Director to drive the annual and seasonal strategy for creative marketing content that power impactful promotion of our brand and capture the attention of our target audience.
Your main objective will be to leverage creativity to think outside the box, generate unique ideas, and implement them with a guerilla marketing mindset.
Collaborate across the functional marketing teams to develop best-in-class consumer journeys and creative designs that align with defined initiatives. Assist the Brand Director in tracking and measurement of customer engagement to ensure targeted programs are driving brand strategies.

Responsibilities
Drive process and project management for the internal Brand Studio team
Lead the implementation of new brand guidelines for the company and all existing collateral across print and digital assets
Develop attention-grabbing integrated marketing content that aligns with the overall brand objectives
Act as a visionary in driving social brand building initiatives and fostering brand loyalty
Explore viral reach and brand awareness tactics through events, online initiatives, influencer marketing, purchasing advertising space across mass marketing channels (digital ads, print media, billboards, social media), and more
Identify unique opportunities for brand visibility in unconventional locations and formats
Leverage creative storytelling and strategic thinking to bring campaigns to life across channels
Collaborate with creative teams, advertising agencies, and demand gen team to ensure the effective execution of campaigns
Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, product, and operations
Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to enhance brand building efforts
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Strategically allocate advertising budgets and optimize media buying decisions
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4-6 years of experience in marketing and sales enablement
Exceptional Project Management or Program Management skills
Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a guerilla marketing mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for innovation and creativity
