Job summary

The Administrative Specialist reports to the Administration Manager of the Mayor's Office for Adult Literacy. This position supports the administrative functions of the office in achieving its goals and coordinates digital communications for the office.
  • Maintains files in print and electronic formats.
  • Coordinates calendar, activities, and special events; schedules meetings; manages Director’s meeting calendar.
  • Supports project implementation, tracking, and documentation as appropriate.
