    Shift: Monday – Friday 8a – 4p
    Contract to Hire

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for an Admin Assistant for the world's second largest oil service company. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine administrative tasks under close supervision
    • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems
    • Prepare and modify documents including memos, reports, and presentations
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Provide general support to management and employees as needed

    Skills:

    1. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
    2. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
