• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on manufacturing recruiting is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in recruiting, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
