    Engagement Director- Delivery- Engineering Services Consumer Product Retail market segmemnts (or DE / DH)

    To strengthen our Delivery Management team and help our clients deliver their key projects, we are looking for an Engagement Director for consumer product and retail market segments. Directly working with the Portfolio Delivery Head and in collaboration with the Business Units, you will lead all aspects of, reinforcing and running the Capgemini Engineering US project delivery capability.

    Responsibilities

    Run Delivery team for one Key segment of the business:

    • Prioritizes team to meet Group strategy.
    • Manage the Delivery, build the team to ensure on scope, on time and on-Quality delivery in domain such as digital manufacturing, PLM, and connected product, ...
    • Manage Engagement Managers to achieve our client commitment for local and international projects.
    • Guarantees the overall engineering delivery and quality of the project related to project portfolio.
    • Ensures the profitability of engagements portfolio.
    • Build and nurture relationships with senior customer executives, understand customer needs and ensure delivery excellence on stated needs.
    • Animate business review meetings (internal and client) and demonstrate the delivery performance as well as drive improvements.
    • Support client transformation to OCB model.
    • Contributes to R&D projects and to offer/solutions development.
    • Drives efficiency gains together with the staffing Manager to anticipate and optimize the staffing.
    • Ensures alignment with GEC to optimize profitability.
    • Leads and supports career development for the team.
    • Runs skills gaps and overlaps vs. market positioning (with Ressource Manager)
    • Challenge the value proposal (including financial aspects) adapted to specific client requests through the customization of a generic Offer Portfolio and supports complex sales.
    • Support Offer proposal review for the account.

    To fulfill the role, we are looking for hardworking candidates with the following profile:

    • 18+ years in R&D Engineering fields
    • Bachelor's required with Master's degree or PhD in Electronics, Mechanical or System Engineering
    • Knowledge of CPR industry, product, market, competitors, and offerings
    • Background in both digital Manufacturing and PLM
    • A consistent track record of accomplishment in R&D services or solutions business
    • Strong experience in leading international teams
    • Entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit
    • Strong selling, negotiating, and influencing skills
    • 10+ years of complex and large program/project management experience is required
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Great teammate and Flexible
    • Proficient in English
    • PMP Certification is a plus.

    obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we

    would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the

    disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the

    wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,

    geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,

    performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is

    not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary

    range for the tagged location is $181,000 - $296,000 / year.

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
