- Conduct daily onsite inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Notify clients of any deviations from the construction contract
- Track construction schedules and report potential delays
- Handle requests for information and changes from contractors
- Observe and report test results
- Maintain a detailed project logbook
- Assist in reviewing and updating design drawings
- Review and manage payroll records
- Conduct final inspections
- Perform additional duties as required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Construction Management
- Minimum of 10 years of construction inspection experience
- Certification from relevant professional organizations desirable
- Licensed journeyman electrician or plumber
- Experience with projects exceeding $1 million
- Training in Construction Quality Verification
- Recent completion of OSHA 30 training
- Familiarity with safety practices and regulations
- Physically capable of performing site tasks
- Strong understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent English communication skills

Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance role involves conducting onsite inspections and evaluations at Bureau of Indian Education facilities, specifically Haskell Indian Nations University and Southwest Indian Polytechnic Institute.
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates from states such as Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, South Dakota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, or Minnesota, occasionally requiring onsite visits.
