    Sales Account Executives wear many hats & are provided with hands-on training surrounding Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, Client Retention, Contract Negotiation, and so much more

    Sales:

    Although this is a 'Sales' position, you aren't selling a product Instead, you're "selling" yourself as a career advisor, you're "selling" our jobs, and you're "selling" our services to facilities we help staff. Being a good listener, self-motivated, excellent communicator, grit, and drive for success is all you need to thrive in this career

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
    • GRIT - This is a 'Sales' job
    • Previous experience in sales, retail, property management, logistics, or customer service is favorable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source, screen, and submit healthcare and education professionals to our client's job openings
    • Post our client's jobs online.
    • Recruit healthcare and education professionals via phone, email, and social media.
    • Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
    • Build relationships with healthcare/education professionals and manage their work assignments.
