    Client DetailsClient is a Multi-unit residential builder/developer located in Albany, NY. They specialize in ground-up and remodel construction projects. All of the projects are in and around the capital region.
    DescriptionCandidate should have extensive experience with GMP Construction ProjectsPrepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.

    Experience growing a portfolio of business with existing and new clientsConfer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.

    Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
    Profile~10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager - Construction~ Average project size of $10-$100 million~ Ground up commercial/industrial construction experience is a plus~ Ground up multi-residential construction experience is a plus~ Construction Management, Architecture, or Relevant Degree a plus but not required
