Job summary
Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Effectively perform all cleaning, water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers
- (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Inspect completed work
- Create Work Orders/li>Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools
, materials and supplies for company vehicles. - Maintain inventory of related supplies.
