- Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.

About the Role
Role: General Studio Manager in Waiting. As the General Manager, your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of the customer experience within the studio environment. This includes engaging with customers, generating leads, guiding them through the design process, obtaining sign-offs, coordinating pre-installation activities, and ensuring successful delivery and installation of products.
You will play a pivotal role in leading and coaching the studio team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Your responsibilities will extend to upholding studio presentation standards, ensuring process compliance and embodying company values. Your leadership within the studio will serve as inspiration to your team.
You will earn a base salary of $70,000 annually with uncapped commission potential, leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $90,000+.
