    Job Description:
    The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction phase, from initial concept to final contract, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards


    Responsibilities:
    Lead the preconstruction team in developing comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for projects.
    Collaborate with the project management team to develop value engineering solutions and alternative construction methods to optimize project costs.
    Conduct thorough site visits and evaluations to identify potential challenges and opportunities during the preconstruction phase.

    Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather all necessary information and input for accurate cost estimates and schedules.

    Prepare and present preconstruction proposals, including cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, to clients and stakeholders.
    Manage the bid process, including soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors, evaluating proposals, and making recommendations for award.
    Provide ongoing support and expertise to the project management team throughout the construction phase to ensure project success.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management for commercial construction projects.
    Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
