The Senior Program Manager works directly with the MassHealth Quality Office and MassHealth Program leadership in the development and implementation of quality programs for MassHealth members.
+Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and design of quality programs
- Maintain contractual and regulatory documents to accurately reflect quality program design
- Report on the status of quality measurement programs and progress towards priorities
Cross-Cutting Quality Initiatives
- Serve as subject matter expert for MassHealth quality measurement programs
