    Position Summary:
    Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Clinical Services is a key member of Prestige Healthcare Resources BH, LLC (PHR-BH) management team and is charged with the following:
    Development of, creation of and implementation of and management of new and current programs
    Orientation of, onboarding of and training of new and current PHR-BH staff clinical and non-clinical staff across the organization
    Initiation of, creation of, development of and management of internship and other educational program within Prestige system of care

    This position provides supervision to a staff of specialists in the provision of patient access to care and behavioral health assessment services, including call management, clinical evaluations for level of care, crisis intervention, admissions, and referrals.

    This position interfaces closely with the Hospital's medical staff, Managed Care Organizations, Department Leaders, and Administration, as well as external referring agencies

    can expect to:


    Oversees the management of strategy, program development and sustainability, and daily operations for several programs within Prestige system of care under the guidance of the VP of Operations.

    Work with PHR-BH Leadership to identify and implement additional programs and initiatives as needs arise
    Serve as a consultant for all clinical areas within Prestige system of care, inclusive of crisis response, client suicidality and intervention, clinical processes, and workflows
    Ensure that collaboration between Clinical Services teams and other PHR-BH teams and community organizations is a priority
    Oversee the intake and admission division. Ensure all new referrals and new patients' assessments are completed on time.

    Lead and coordinate PHR-BH centralized intake & admissions processes and workflow while liaising with all department and program within Prestige system of care.

    Assist with completion of initial assessment and other related clinical tasks as needed.

    Experience and Professional Qualifications:


    Masters' Degree is required, in a relevant field (such as psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing) and must also hold a valid professional license in their respective field (e.g., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, etc.

    Prior Staff and Program Management is required
    Expertise and/or experience in the following content areas: managing mental health and substance use disorder programs, fee for service operations, clients with complex trauma due to violence and maltreatment
    Working knowledge of mental illness/chemical dependency and experience in clinical interviewing, patient assessment, treatment planning, communicating with external review organizations or comparable entities
    Conducting community needs assessments
    Trauma treatment modalities
    An understanding of human behavior and the effects of trauma
    Verbal and written communication – Interpersonal communication
    Mediation and resolving group conflicts
    Public Speaking and Training
    Grant writing and resource development

    WORKENVIRONMENT

    This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position does involve local travel on a consistent basis.
