    About the Job:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Bell Person to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive at our hotel.


    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.


    Responsibilities:


    • Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services;

    • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere;

    • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms efficiently;
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area;
      Maintain security standards by properly handling keys/room access cards.
