    Job Description (Posting).


    1) Create, revise, and sustain HVAC product designs, utilizing knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.2) Develop and manage project schedules related to new and existing product designs.3) Analyze product designs using tolerance, thermodynamic, finite element, and computational fluid dynamic analyses.4) Analyze test data as well as the method and type of data collected to understand it in a deep meaningful way.5) Ensure all required product safety testing are done correctly, passing industry recognized safety tests.6) Document product designs by preparing bills of materials, cost analyses, drawings, and engineering change requests (ECRs).7) Assist in redesigning internal components to improve overall long term system quality, improve efficiency and reduce cost.8) Participate on cross-functional teams to launch products, resolve issues, and support product improvements.9) Participate with project planning sessions and develop aggressive yet realistic project deadlines.10) Coordinate project work internally with the department and externally with other departments to ensure on-time completion of projects within budget.11) Assist manufacturing with product launches and issue resolution.

Vendor interactions, manufacturability studies, create test and build procedures. (5.) Create Engineering change orders, review and validate the generated outputs; maintain relevant documentation in client database.
