    Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a Senior Principal Project Manager to join our team based in Oklahoma City, OK.

    This role can be located onsite in Oklahoma City, OK or the individual can work in a remote, telework capacity .


    Description:

    Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

    Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.


    Senior Principal Project Management:
    Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 8 years of experience.
    Aircraft modernization and sustainment project and cost management
    EVMS experience
    CAM experience
    Knowledge of Microsoft Access
    Ability to assess logistics impacts to Period of Performance changes and data flow.
    Strong written and verbal skills
    Organized and able to track multiple programs/projects among several disciplines. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.


    Salary Range:
    $89,900 - $134,900 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
