    Description

    Territory Sales Manager - Roofing

    Summary:

    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of repairs, maintenance, waterproofing, and re-roofing services in the LA region. This individual will own the customer relationship and generate new business through lead generation and networking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of current customers to increase sales revenue and retention
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
    • Prepare and deliver presentations at board meetings and host client events and lunches
    • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support business growth

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in outside sales with a proven track record of account management and winning new business
    • Familiarity with the HOA industry is desirable
    • Background in construction or roofing sales would be advantageous
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
