    Valiant Search, a leading legal recruitment firm based in Upstate New York, is seeking an experienced *Family & Matrimonial Attorney* on behalf of a well-established law firm in *Rochester, NY*.

    This is a unique opportunity to join a respected practice, take on meaningful and complex cases, and play a key role in the continued growth of its family law department.

    *Responsibilities
    • Represent clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and related litigation
    • Manage cases independently from intake through resolution
    • Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and appear in court
    • Provide strategic and compassionate legal counsel during sensitive matters
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term growth
    *Qualifications
    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Licensed to practice in New York State and in good standing
    • 2–5 years of experience in family and matrimonial law
    • Strong litigation, negotiation, and client service skills
    • A portable book of business is preferred but not required
    *Compensation & Benefits** *Salary:* $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and client base
