    The Human Resources Coordinator is a shared service resource responsible for a variety of employment, placement, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, people process and transactional support services.

    The HR Coordinator supports a culture of continuous improvement by being service oriented, coordinating special projects, establishing effective communication processes and deploying best practices across Viant Medical to improve cost, quality, delivery, and employee engagement.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Lead recruiting process and applicant tracking systems; conduct resume and phone screenings; coordinate interview schedules; update position descriptions; prepare offer letters; coordinate pre-employment screening, and partner with third-party agencies
    Own onboarding and off-boarding processes in partnership with corporate HR, IT, site management, etc.
    Facilitate new hire orientation, benefits open enrollment sessions, town halls, or other employee informational meetings
    Process and maintain employee personnel files, I-9 verifications, etc.
    Review bi-weekly payroll timesheets and work with corporate payroll to process adjustments as needed
    Partner with corporate HR on job offers, promotions, market adjustments, career laddering, immigration, etc.
    Conduct investigations on employee relations issues and execute corrective actions as needed.

    Provide support to leaders through various HR matters, including but not limited to: recruitment, employee development, performance management, employee relations, employee recognitions, etc.

    Assist in coordinating company-wide communication plans for benefits open enrollment, objectives setting, performance reviews, merit increases, bonus or other incentive compensation plans, training programs, and other organizational announcements
    Lead employee engagement through, event planning, Well-Being programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
    Respond to day-to-day issues that require human resources intervention, evaluation, or processing.
    Depending on the level of systems access provided, ensure that all company representatives are engaged appropriately:

    Provide administrative assistance to Corporate and field Human Resources teams
    Manage mail, e-mail correspondence and voice mail messages
    Handle some employee inquiries
    Process all new hires, terminations and status changes accurately and efficiently
    Run queries and maintain ad hoc reporting as required, including but not limited to: Headcount, New Hire, Termination, Open Position
    Administer communication programs and company-sponsored events
    Maintain employee, training, recruitment, benefit/medical, I-9 and other files
    Administer the Viant Medical benefits program; respond to employee inquiries
    Coordinate and attend facility, department or team meetings as identified;
    Act as receptionist backup as requested
    Comply with all federal and state employment and labor laws and regulations

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
