    JOB SUMMARY

    The IT Data Conversion Engineer will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting systems related to the electronic data interchange, integrations, data conversions and data platforms. This position will also support other IT systems and software.
    JOB DUTIES
  • Assist in converting data from disparate internal platforms for consumption and consistency
  • Assist/create integrations to ingest data into CDCN platforms
  • Support the Workday platform and integrations
  • Utilize CDCN platforms; including but not limited to 1EDI, Solomon, U2, Workday, Docuware, EVV, etc.
  • Provide support for the Helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues during business hours, or during afterhours on-call rotation
  • Assist in developing solutions for processing efficiencies
  • Effectively communicate within the team and company
  • Other duties as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Required experience for this position:

  • Two or more years operations experience with data platforms
  • Two or more years experience of data structure and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, etc.
  • Proven Abilities: SQL Queries / Scripting; Azure Cloud / LogicApps / Data Factory; GoAnywhere
  • Experience with application/software and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, SSMS, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collectively as a team
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • Prefer functional knowledge of key CDCN platforms mentioned above
  • Prefer minimum one year of supervisory experience
  • Degree preferred or experience in place of degree
  • The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
