    Shift Leader

    Location: Athens, GA

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour, PLUS Tips

    Shift Leader Job Description:

    The role of shift leader is to ensure all facets of service; Guest experience, Service efficiency, Food quality, Health Compliance, and FB Culture are all maintained under your watch. You will be expected to anticipate both guest and store needs by effectively communicating with the manager so response times are executed with urgency and consideration. You will play an important role in ensuring all training details and tools are implemented during training shifts, including the use of all training outlines and quizzes by position.

    You will employ our "see you tomorrow" service philosophy at all times as part of the Cashier/Bar/Runner team, ultimately assisting to create an environment where are teams are encouraged to be the best versions of themselves, providing epic levels of service, and communicating to the manager when recognizing any opportunities to improve performance or morale.

    The shift leader is responsible for new hire position training, daily alcohol and sanitation compliance, and daily service admin such as cash handling.



    Compensation details: 10-12 Hourly Wage
