The Talent Acquisition Partner reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and plays a critical role in building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline for Shiel Sexton.This role is responsible for driving full‑cycle recruiting, with a heavy emphasis on proactive sourcing, social media engagement, and network development to attract high‑quality candidates
Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a strong slate of qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted Boolean searches, talent communities, niche job boards, and alumni networks.
- Demonstrate expertise in modern sourcing techniques and social recruiting strategies.
