Job summary
We are seeking an exceptional EA & Estate Manager who will be an integral part of Guild Capital's global administrative support team, providing essential support to Guild's Chairman and contributing to the firm's internal operations.The EA & Estate Manager will handle a wide variety of administrative and logistical tasks for the Chairman and other executives.,
Oversee day-to-day operations of one or multiple private residences, ensuring seamless, discreet, and high-quality service,
,Manage household staff (housekeepers, chefs, nannies, drivers, security ,groundskeepers), including hiring , training ,scheduling ,and performance management,
,Act as primary liaison between principals and staff,maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries,
,Develop,and manage annual household budgets;track expensesapprove invoices,and optimize vendor costs,
- Coordinate property maintenance renovatins capital projects,andmanage contractors architects designers
- Ensure residences are always principal-ready,includings advance preparation for arrivals events travel transitions
