    Job Description Summary: To provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department; to monitor all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates; collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.

    Job Specific Information: Experience with automation and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, , MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, and MS Power Query. Proficient at handling multiple request from disparate users on time sensitive issues. Knowledge of programming terms or ability to work with developers to help create discrete requirements from customer request. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of advanced Excel or SQL functions. Desire to research new technologies and methodologies in data analysis and automation.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline. Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
