    Full-Time


    Schedule:
    Day/Night Team
    3 days of 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour day
    Rotating weekends
    Shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

    Pay:
    Starting at $11.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 50 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities:

    Personal Care Assistance:
    Support with daily living activities including hygiene, meal prep, dressing, mobility, and other personal care tasks.

    Behavioral Support:
    Use your skills to help individuals manage stress, calm emotional distress, and support behavior management techniques.

    Charting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records, documenting patient activities, behavior, and care provided, as well as medication administration (Med Pass).

    Medication Administration:
    Ensure safe, accurate medication administration following prescribed instructions.

    Housekeeping:
    Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the residents.

    Client Engagement:
    Build positive, trusting relationships with clients, promoting their independence and encouraging participation in daily activities.

    Teamwork & Collaboration:
    Work alongside a diverse team of professionals to provide holistic care.

    Crisis Management:
    Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, using de-escalation techniques to ensure emotional regulation.

    Required Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus)
    Previous experience in caregiving or working with adults with disabilities is preferred
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Calm under pressure with the ability to manage stressful situations
    Ability to lift and assist clients and perform light housekeeping
    CPR and First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain certification
    Knowledge of medication administration and charting

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in medication management or certified in medication administration
    Knowledge of mental health, intellectual disabilities, or behavioral disorders
    Familiarity with behavior support plans and de-escalation strategies

    Working Conditions:
    Flexible scheduling, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required
    Physical activity involved, including standing, walking, and lifting
    Ability to manage emotional and behavioral crises with professionalism and care
