    Position Summary:
    The LPN provides direct day-to-day care to patients and families of Conemaugh Miners Medical Center. The LPN practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies.

    The LPN is under the direction of the Nurse Manager and functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient's plan of care.

    The LPN provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients served. He/she may need to travel to outlying areas in the Conemaugh Health System for required education.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program, Current PA LPN license, current CPR, completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia Course, ACLS and PALS certification within six (6) months of hire
