    **Exciting Opportunity for Radiation Therapist in Radiation Oncology**

    **Job Description:**

    - **Position:** Radiation Therapist
    - **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
    - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year
    - **Charting System:** Epic (Required)
    - **Travel Experience:** Not required
    - **Certifications:**
    - Required: BLS, ARRT T
    - Preferred: Additional relevant certifications

    **Key Skills and Responsibilities:**

    - **Work Settings:**
    - Adult Acute Care
    - Adult Outpatient
    - Pretreatment

    - **Simulation and Treatment:**
    - Simulation of Treatment Sites
    - Beam Modifying/Positioning
    - Treatment Plans Development
    - Supervise Implementation of Treatments

    - **Proficiencies In:**
    - Benign Brain Tumors
    - Craniospinal Treatment
    - External Beam Therapy
    - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
    - Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials

    - **Equipment Utilization:**
    - Elekta Infinity
    - Electa Synergy
    - Additional tools (C-RAD, Mosaiq)

    **Patient Care Focus:**

    - Providing treatment to patients with various diagnoses, including:
    - Breast, Prostate, Lung, Head and Neck Cancer
    - Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
    - Kidney Cancer, Leukemia, Pancreatic Cancer

    **Other Details:**

    - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults, Geriatrics
    - **Patient Visits Per Day:** Approximately 35
    - **Interdisciplinary Support:**
    - Respiratory Services
    - Interpretation Services
    - Radiology
    - Social Services
    - Lift Teams
    - Rapid Response Teams

    **Orientation and Scheduling:**

    - **Pre-Approved Time Off:** 1 request
    - **Orientation Hours:** 8
    - **Floating:** Yes, between like units
    - **RTO Restrictions:** Must be included at time of submission
    - **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility can call off once per two-week pay period
