    As a claims administrative support specialist, you'll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

    Must-have qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
    • Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education
    Preferred skills
    • Proficiency using office equipment
    • Proven organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
    • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
    • Customer service and follow-up skills
    Schedule: Monday- Friday (40 hours per week). Start and end time will vary between 8am-6pm (based on business need); In-office position with an future opportunity to possibly work from home 1x per week based on performance and business needs.

    Compensation
    • $19.00-$20.00/hour
    • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
