- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, catering to their unique learning styles and abilities.
- Provide instruction and support in core academic subjects, social skills development, and behavior management.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary to ensure academic success.
- Active South Carolina Special Education License
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hourly pay rate of $38 per hour
