Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future The Data Analytics Specialist II analyzes complex datasets and provides insights to support decision-making for the organization
They use their advanced analytical skills to gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data from various sources
This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts and findings with stakeholders
They are guided and mentored by senior-level Data Analytics Specialists and assist Junior Analytics Specialists, where appropriate
The Data Analytics Specialist II takes direction from more senior personnel
Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in related discipline ( candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education

A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit)

• High School Diploma + 8 years of experience will also be considered
• Active Top Secret clearance
• DoD m IAT Level II Certification Desired Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Software Development

4 years of experience in an Agile development environment Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
