In Home Caregiver or CNA

We are seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and/or HHAs to join our team. We offer a competitive salary and W-2 for tax withholding purposes. The ideal candidate possesses a can-do attitude, friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide various levels of support to our clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance to elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Offer companionship.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, errands, walks, etc.).
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Offer activities essential for daily living by assisting patients with meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary.
• Use common sense principles.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Timeliness and self-discipline.
• Availability to meet client needs as requested.
• Dependability.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (preferred).
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Supportive and compassionate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Caregiver (preferred).
• CNA/SRNA/HHA or completion of a CNA Program (preferred).
• Take pride in providing high-quality care.
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).

$35,000 - $45,000 per year (estimated salary range)
