    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    As an Experienced Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in promoting and expanding our hospice services. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives: Create and execute marketing strategies to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.
    • Establish and nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.
    • Organize and participate in events: Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services.
    • Monitor and analyze referral metrics: Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 15 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal.
    • Collaborate with the management team: Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.
    • Provide regular reports: Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
    • Have ready data: Ideally with referrals accounts already.

    The Profile

    • Seasoned Hospice/Medical sales & marketing professionals. Ideally with referrals accounts already.
    • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
    • You have a working knowledge of HOSPICE, MARKETING EXPERIENCE IN HOSPICE, and SALES EXPERIENCE IN HOSPICE.
    • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
