Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon who is motivated to make a difference in their community.

• Shared call
• Block schedule in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and main operating room
• Practice provides Vely's Robot (Depuy)
• Physician led organization

Desired requirements

• BE/BC in orthopedic surgery
• Fellowship training on Adult Reconstruction/Hip and Joint Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
