    Compensation:
    $150,000 - $165,000 / yearDescriptionA Swagelok Northern California Regional Account Director is the primary customer interface for the organization. Responsibilities include selling Swagelok fluid system solutions, services, and products into the Semiconductor market, specifically Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) tool OEMs. The Regional Account Director is focused on gaining the trust, confidence, and long-term business within the existing customer base, generating business within new accounts, achieving sales and performance metrics targets, and growing overall territory sales.     Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and nurture strong relationships at multiple levels across the organization, focusing on design authorities, influencers, and decision makers that focus on fluid delivery applications.

    Engage with customers' executives to align strategic objectives across both organizations and utilize this experience to inform and drive technical and commercial strategies within Swagelok Northern California.

    Provide strategic market and customer insights to enable roadmap alignment between the customer and Swagelok.
    Develop and maintain territory and account plans aligned with the company's Strategic Plan.
    Identify and pursue companies, projects, and applications that present sales opportunities for Swagelok and related products.
    Drive profitable revenue growth by promoting Swagelok fluid system solutions, services, and products. Service and grow existing accounts and generate new business within the territory.
    Clearly articulate the value proposition of Swagelok fluid system solutions, services, and products. Develop and maintain product, application and industry knowledge using Swagelok's educational resources and external educational resources.

    Communicate in a clear and professional manner via telephone, email or in person with customers and team members to help meet customers' expectations.

    Manage projects and long-term sales opportunities and regularly report progress.
    Drive, document, and justify customer cost savings.
    Maximize the face-to-face time with key customers.
    Support unplanned customer requests that are aligned with our Vision, Mission, and Strategies.
    Increase average order size.

    Education, Experience, Skills, and CompetenciesEducation & Work Experience:
    Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university. (preferred)15 Years of experience selling to Applied Materials or Semiconductor tool OEMs. (preferred)
