    Local non-profit is in search of a mission driven Licensed Program leader who seeks to give back to an underserved population Offering full autonomy, balanced work/life schedule, and an opportunity to be a pivotal key to those in need

    Day to Day Duties:

    • Oversee case managers
    • Caseload management - youth.
    • Provide intensive mobile case management to clients
    • Maintain regular communication with supporters and community stakeholders (i.e. CBOs, school administrators, and probation officers).
    • Maintain client case files and resources.
    • Meet with Director of Programs for Supervision and provide weekly updates and client reports, caseload issues, open case notes, new client goals, ISPs and Bio-Social assessments.
    • Assist team members by coaching, teaching, and engaging at least twice a month.
    • Attend networking and service provider meetings; speak on panel discussions and serve as program ambassador.
    • Facilitate academic workshops for youth.
    • Attend trainings relating to case management and leadership.
    • Encourage youth to participate in and accompany youth to panels, events, trainings
    • Maintain client case files and resources in database in a timely manner.
    • Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
    • Complete expense reimbursements monthly or as needed.
    • Complete timesheets daily.
    • Complete mandatory trainings i.e. CA Harassment Training, Mandated reporter.
    • Meet with Director of Programs for weekly Supervision and provide weekly updates on all caseloads.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience as a program manger with supervising people.
    • Experience in delivering individual and group supervision with ACSWs, MSW interns, Case Managers and staff with lived experience.
    • Experience with At risk youth - experience working with foster youth and/or formerly incarcerated youth.
    • Class "C" Driver's License, proof of insurance and access to reliable transportation required
    • Master's Degree in Social Work with valid CA LCSW license.
