    Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room RN with for a 13-week travel / contract position in Owosso, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

    Position Details:

    Position Name: Travel RN Operating Room

    Location: Owosso, Michigan

    Specialty: OR

    Start Date: ASAP

    Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

    Contract Length: 13 weeks. Accepting Local and Travel Candidates

    Pay Rate: Range $2500 to $2680 Weekly Gross pay for 40 hours (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

    Unit: OR

    Shift:10 hours; Days, 6.30a – 5.00p

    Schedule: 4 days per week, On-call requirements: 1 night per week may be required, 1 weekend (Fri.Sat,Sun) every 6 weeks

    Position Requirements:

    • 2 years of recent/current experience as RN Operating room experience - Required
    • Recent / current experience as RN OR for General, Gynecology, Urology and Orthopedic procedures - Required
    • Must be Covid Vaccinated or provide medical or religious exemption

    Education, License and Certification Requirements:

    • ASN - Required, BSN - Preferred
    • RN License for State of MI – Required
    • BLS and ACLS Certification from AHA (Required)

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Responsible for direction and guidance of patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing and the policies and operating instructions of the facility.
    • Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product of service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience.
    • As a customer-focused facility team member, the RN must be accessible, flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive.
    • Works under the supervision of the unit Supervisor/Manager/Director.
