The Patzer Group Wealth Management is an established, independent wealth management practice providing personalized financial planning, estate planning coordination, and investment management services to individuals and families.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing team.We operate on the Thurston Springer RIA & brokerage platform, clear through First Clearing, and bank with Wells Fargo, providing advisors with a strong institutional infrastructure and a fully supported environment
This role is designed for a Financial Advisor who wants to focus on delivering high-quality advice, building long-term client relationships, and growing a practice while leveraging the infrastructure, support, and stability of an established firm.
Serve as the primary Financial Advisor for client relationships
Provide comprehensive financial planning, estate planning coordination, tax referrals, and investment management advice
Understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances to develop customized strategies
Conduct client review meetings and provide ongoing portfolio and planning guidance
Develop new client relationships and grow existing ones through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Collaborate with internal planning, operations, and investment support teams
Maintain regulatory, compliance, and firm standards
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 (or ability to obtain)
CFP designation preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Client-first, ethical, and professional approach
Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client relationships
