The Admissions Support Specialist will support critical document tracking and retrieval to assist the account executives in expanding business opportunities to Hospitals and other community partners.Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating Medicare referrals for hospice and/or home care by building relationships with social workers, case managers and key decision makers.
- Responsible for monitoring intake platforms such as Navi, All Scripts.
