Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests checking in addressing immediate needs or special requests Provide personalized local recommendations enhancing overall experience
- Maintain common areas quality checks using TechTool Safety Culture uphold high-quality standards Prepare for upcoming guest arrivals organize guest engagement events coordinating housekeeping maintenance teams Promptly address resolve guest requests received through Task Management Tool Breezeway Address any live guest issues cleanliness technical operational challenges Maintain seamless communication remote Guest Experience team via tools like Slack Kustomer ensuring any guest issues swiftly resolved Handle emergency situations lockouts urgent requests showcasing problem-solving abilities
