- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are met.

- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize Civil3D software to design and prepare engineering plans, profiles, and details for land development projects.
- Conduct engineering calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare and review design documents, including grading plans, utility plans, drainage plans, and erosion control plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project designs and achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for land development projects.
- Ensure project designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning, stormwater management, and environmental requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in using Civil3D software for design and engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.
