    Our Magnolia Trails communities offer specialized memory care in a homelike environment for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia. Through this person-centered approach, we provide residents with a tailored care plan encompassing daily care, the physical environment, activities, meaningful connections and nutrition.

    Receptionist Responsibilities include:

  • Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
  • Greets and directs visitors to the community
  • Schedules visit appointments and transportation for physician appointments
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Resolves customer questions and concerns
  • Assists with filing, auditing, resident meal tracking
  • Assists with accounts payable and invoice reconciliation
  • Assists with supply ordering and inventory
  • Assists as backup for scheduling interviews and organizing employee files
  • Performs and maintains documentation for OIG checks
  • Assists with mailing resident statements, activity calendars, etc.
  • Work variable hours including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed to cover other receptionist team members
  • Other duties as assigns
